Yenc or Yenc32

i have go to website Yenc.com and downloaded the encoder but am unable to
download any newsgroups, is there any other websites to down load this
encoder eben if it costs money, nothing seems to work

You download newsgroups from your newsgroup server, not the web. You need a
newsgroup reader, like Outlook Express. There are others like Forte Free
Agent. You have to enable the Yenc decoder before you start the newsgroup
reader, in most cases.

Try www.brawnylads.com for their decoder.
