I've attempted everything as well, taken off Ad-Aware, tried several other
things I've seen suggested - in reference to the post by Manfred re: the
article at kbaleterz.com - a friend put 2 drives on my computer that I just
noticed are NTFS. So I have 2 NTFS drives now and 2 FAT32 drives. The
article says to remove the NTFS partition - does anyone know exactly how
that's done? And if so, I assume all the data on those drives is lost? I
communicate with relatives overseas via messenger and would really love to
get this figured out - have been trying for a couple of days now. Thanks in
advance for any help-
