you dont have permission to change catalyst control center/ HELP!

I'm running Vista Ultimate and I cannot get ride of this:
"you don't have permission to change catalyst control center"
I'll appreciate any help.

BTW: I already removed "Bonjour".

Hi George

If you do not want the ATI video Catalyst Control Center (CCC), the
run the ATI video driver installation program and do the "Custo
install" option and only install the video driver and uncheck CCC. Thi
will need to be done in a administrator account. This should get rid o
it for you
