No. Trying to do one account for having an email for promotion action.
Answered that promo to soon after cerating account: promo got lost ( I
imagine "som" time" has to elapse before account is really active).
So tried a second one and did a mistake, so tried third. Then got message.
Tried again 24h later : same message.
Tried 44 or 40h later : same. So there must be an error in their control of
account creation somehow. I imagin they check by IP adress, and do not know
if my IP is static ( I didn't require this when I signed with my provider,
but who knows)
Any other ideas ?
