How you you change the e-mail server?

Heres the error message I have recieved:

The host 'SMTP' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Subject 'hehe', Account: 'POP3', Server: 'SMTP', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

You do not have the correct server names.
SMTP and POP3 are not server names but service types.
Who is your ISP?
Have you called them (or visited their web site) for the POP3 server name and the SMTP server name?
If you provide the part of your email address (after the @ symbol) someone here may be able to help you.

Contact your ISP or mail account provider (e.g., Hotmail; Yahoo) for the
correct settings.
