I had the same problem and tried several solutions that were posted. I
decided to try it on my own and it worked. Try this:
Open Windows Mail-
Go to Tools-
Open message rule-
New mail rule-
A) Check....Where message has an attachment
B) Check.....Stop processing more rules

Click OK.

It should now display new rule #1.

Click OK.

Restart the machine and it should work. It did for me...Good luck ....Chris
