Zero Configuration using up to 96% of cpu

I am running XP Home and have a Belkin F5D7000uk wireless network card
installed. I installed the software and card in the correct order and have
full network and internet access but Task Manager shows a process called
WinXPDisableZeroConfigation.exe (sic) using up to 96% of the cpu! The pc
doesn't appear to be suffering any sluggishness, which is confusing me
further, but surely this high cpu usage is not the norm?
Any ideas?
