Zip file - "open with"

I recently downloaded a zip file of mp3's that would open into a separate
folder containing all the songs. However, the file was accidentally deleted
and upon the second downloading of the file, the default program wasn't being
recognized, and now I can't open the file to get to the underlying mp3 files.
Basically, when I click on the main file, I'm prompted with the "Open With"
question. With Vista, what do I select in order to open the file?

When you click on Download, you get a box saying Save or Run. Save the zip
file to My Downloads or Desktop. When the download is complete, another box
will come up saying Run. Click on Run and Vista will unzip your file or
you'll get a Windows Explorer box showing your zip file where you downloaded
it. Highlight the zip file and go to the above menu and select Extract. You
can tell it where to extract files to, usually a new folder you create and
title. Alternatively, you can download a good zip file manager like WinZip
to do this for you.
