Hi AtlantaVistaDummy,
HaHa, don't blame me. You posted it.
Yes Vista has it's on zip feature built in, but it is very limited. If
you do not like WinZip, you can use the free "7-Zip" instead. I use it
with no problems, and it supports RAR to.

After you install it, go into 7-Zip's options and select all the file
associations.
If you uninstall Winzip, Vista should go back to it's built-in one, if
not then look here to get it back.
