Zip Fles in Navigation Pane

How do I keep zip files from appearing in the Windows Explorer
Navigation pane? I've tried checking and unchecking "Display simple
folder view in Navigation pane" under Folder options. This use to do
the trick in WinXP. Matt

Hello Matt

This tutorial may be able to help you. Just turn off Compressed Folder
in it
