ZOne Alarm Pro and Error 0x8024402C

I've done all the recommended changes - and even tried running the update
with ZA switched off - but still get error 0x8024402C when I try and run the
update - which has failed ever since I bought the PC.
I have the XP machine running ZA as a client to an NT4 Server running ZA.
The Macafee updates work okay
Anyone any clues?
