The Zoom breaks when sites implement CSS faux columns or faux headers as a
background image to the < body > element. The images attached to the < body >
element is not zooming with the rest of the page -- either bigger or smaller.
Same behavior occurs with images attached to < html > element. The Zoom
feature should increase/decrease images attached to < body > and < html > .
