Zoom Problem in IE 7

Text showing through costume scrollbar in IE 7 when using zoom in. I can send
to Microsoft a print screen if needed as proof.

What I ment is this.........
When going to a website that uses a java script scrollbar or costume
scrollbar. Then try zooming in using zoom. The text should not be in the
scrollbar.

HOPE YOU ALL UNDERSTAND THS SECTION.
