zune download

i can't seem to dowload the software from disk nor the website. when i do it
from disk it gives me an "installation error" close all programs and restart
computer an try again. I don't have any thing running an disabled my firewall
an it still doesn't work. When I try it from the website it also gives me an
error. (0x8007064B) what can I do to get it up an running? I'm getting a
little frustated with it. I didn't have this much trouble with my Dell. Can
someone help me please?

Windows version? What software? What website? How does this pertain to
