Well it's the 1st November 2006, well at least in OZ. In about 16hrs all
hell will break loose with the release of IE7 in Windows (Microsoft)
Automatic Update and install. Hmmmmmm, boy will this group light up then.

I'm SURE it will - 'light up then'.

I've come to the conclusion that IE7 is fairly stable in it's own rite.
Features, and options for those features, are sorely lacking however.
Usability sucks - does MC even do usability testing?
MOST of the problems being reported here are installation based. We all
get the same core code from MS and, as such, if the thing works on some
systems it should work on all.

The installation SHOULD NOT require the reading of pages of convoluted
it/then items as is being suggested by the copy-paste MS groupies in the
group. If the myriad of cures, fixes and work-a-rounds are known (they
ARE known else they couldn't be suggested in this group and other places
to those with install issues)they should be addressed during the install.

IMO - Microsoft's install process is what *really* SUCKS!
