Are there any issues with using the windows 2000 server administrator tools
pak against a windows 2003 domain controller? I just want to be able to use
the "users and computers" tool for account maintenance.

The only issues are with where you can install it, i.e. you can only install
the 2000 version on 2000 boxes, and 2003 version on XP, etc.

You can then use the tools to manage either a 2000 or 2003 environment -it
doesn't matter. That is, you can use 2003 to manage 2000 or 2000 to manage
    2003, etc.
