2003 Web Edition Upgrade to Standard Edition

  1. Can you upgrade 2003 Web Edition to Standard Edition without a complete
    reinstall from the ground up.

  3. Right, Win2k3 Standard Edition cannot be in-place upgrade from Web Edition.
    The following chart has aslo addressed the upgrade path:

    You need to backup the all critical files, emails, documents, faviorates
    etc; then perform a clean install of win2k3.
