6.4 connects to lowest quality stream in an intelligent stream file

    Has anyone seen this? I have a file encoded in three
    different bit rates up on a 2003 streaming server. I am
    viewing off my LAN. When i connect with 9 player i get
    the high bit rate stream. When i connect with 6.4 player,
    i get the low bit rate stream. i can't make sense of it.
    there is no way to select your deisred bitrate in 6.4
    player and the fix in article 253642 didn't work.
