80070057 Back wizard Error

    I jsut tried to do a backup and i got this error when running through the SBS
    2003 Backup Wizard. I googled the error and it said of a hotfix? is this true
    what can i do so that i can get my backup to work again.

    Thank you for posting in SBS newsgroup.

    From the description, do you mean you receive the following error while
    attempting to run the Small Business Server 2003 backup wizard?

    An unexpected error occurred (80070057). The parameter is incorrect.

    If so, the problem may be caused by WMI is not correctly registered. To fix
    this error, do the following:

    1. Open a command prompt and cd to %windir%\system32\wbem
    2. Run the following command:

    for /f %x in ('dir /b *.dll') do regsvr32 /s %x

    3. Restart the wizard and test your issue again.
