_ clicking on URL from a email (outlook)

  1. Hello,

After upgrading my network pc with IE7, I user is experiencing a strange new
problem when clicking on a URL send by email (Outlook 2003)

They get a the restricted program message which you would get when a user
try to execute a unauthorised a program (group policy).

I can only assume that IE7 uses same kind of sub routine to open the URL
    which wasn't used in IE6.

Except for this, IE7 seems to work without any problem

Do you have any insight into this.

    Regards

Check to see if the other user has already set Outlook Express as the
default Mail Client. Can't have two different ones on Win XP.
