My version of Windows media player is 11.0.5721.5230.
Running on Windows XP home version 2002 service pack 2.
Every time I watch a video online using windows media player, a green screen
shows up instead of the images of the video. There is only the audio, and the
green screen always shows up instead of the video's real images. The green
screen only shows up in internet videos. When I watch videos in my computer,
the green screen never shows up. The green screen covers up the whole video.
How can I fix this? Thank You

Try Control Panel/Display/Settings/Advanced/Troubleshoot. I dropped down
three notches and the green screen disappeared and I could see the videos on
    Launch Cast.
