Ability to drag tab from one instance of IE to another

If you have an IE7 window open and then later open another instance of IE7
(or a program on your computer opens another instance instead of in a tab),
there should be an option to be able to drag a tab from one browser window to
the other without having to manually copy and paste the link (which won't
always work anyway because it will reset a page with forms, etc.).

Also, I had to fill this suggestion out in Firefox, as it would not work in
    IE7. How funny is that?

OK, but if you have tabs in IE 7, why would you want to open another instance
of IE 7? Sorry if that's a silly question, but if I knew the answer I
    wouldn't ask.

In Larry E had this to say:

My reply is at the bottom of your sent message:
I've got to agree here. And why? It doesn't matter why. Though if you INSIST
on knowing? Not everyone really likes tabs. :) Me, for one, I hate 'em and
    I'm not alone in that.

    Larry:

I wouldn't ever want to open another instance, but sometimes I forget (after
years of not using tabs), but the Hotkey button on my keyboard opens a new
browser instead of a tab, and Trillian does the same thing when opening an
email account. Interestingly enough, Trillian opens another tab instead of a
    browser when I'm using Firefox.

Oh, yeah, I forgot that some links open a new instance of the browser instead
of a tab. Wish that would be rectified.

I open multiple instances to 'manage' two different projects. I open the
tabs appropriate for each in a seperate instance - makes it easier to move
    between multiple porjects.

My work requires multiple IE windows open; move an IE tab from one window to another.

I really need to have multiple IE windows open symltaneously to do my work. Infact, I often have 6 or 8 open at a time and multiple tabs in each for various web-based tools, SharePoints, and logging systems.

I really need to be able to uncouple an IE tab from one set of windows to a new separate IE window.

    I currenly am usine IE8 in Win7.

    Is it possible?
