Doe Virtual PC have problems with programs that use DOS extenders? I've been
trying to get Acrobat for DOS 1.0 to run in various MS-DOS 6.2 virtual
machines, and it always crashes the machine, no matter how minimal the
configuration. It's available here - put all the files in one folder and
    install:

The program runs on real 286 hardware, but it seems to crash the Virtual
    machine every time.

Does anyone have any hints about how to get this to work?

Acrobat for DOS won't even run in a Win9X command prompt on real hardware
because the Win9X command prompt doesn't support the DOS extender it uses,
    unfortunately.

Probably this is not solvable, but I've got a system where I can create PDFs
under DOS in a DOS machine using Ghostscript for DOS, and it would be nice to
be able to view them in the same machine using Acrobat for DOS. But it's
    probably not going to happen...
