Active Directory & Domain migration from win 2000 to win 2003 serv

    We are planning to migrate our existing domain and active directory from
    windows 2000 server to windows 2003 server. Please advice for the recomended
    steps to do so.

    Our setup consists of:

    Server OS:
    - Windows 2000 servers
    - Windows 2003 servers

    Clients OS:
    - Windows XP SP1/SP2
    - Windows Nt 4.0 workstations SP6
