ActiveSync White Papers - Where's the "here's how to configure it" portions?

    I cannot for the life of me find anything online about how to actually
    install/configure activesync - Everything I've found talks about all the
    cool features, how to setup the smartphone itself, how to enable mobile
    access on the exchange server (which is already enabled by default), but
    nothing out there as far as I can find steps through the exchange 2003 *and*
    the IIS portion of actually getting it to work on the server.

    If anyone can point me in the right direction for this (besides call
    microsoft and have your credit card ready) I would greatly appreciate it.
