    attention everybody
    special combinations of administrative delegation
over an OU may result in buffer overflow on LSA
and shutsdown the operating system when the delegated rights are triggered
    by users.

have anybody see such behavour too?

No, but can you describe some steps to reproduce this bug?
If it's replicable, then maybe you should file a bug report with Microsoft.

  3. Please raise this as a support incident - they will take all your details
and reproduction steps and assign it for investigation - if it is a bug you
should not be charged for the support call.
