Add to Favorites visually confusing

I have near 200 folders and subfolders in my favorites. When I add a URL
shortcut to one of these, I have to sort out through masses of yellow folders
that all look the same and I must look very closely to their (small) names to
navigate to or add something to a subfolder buried deep within. This is time
    wasting!

What was wrong with the old browse/navigate system to add to favorites? It
was all logically structured and easily browsable with folder icons
preserved, and COLLAPSABLE, not with the whole tree open at once with
hundreds of identical yellow folders adding to the visual confusion and
forcing you to read their tiny names to get where you want?

Just add the menu bar to the toolbar and use the IE6 style favorites menu.

Thanks for the reply, but I already have the menu bar and its still no
different when adding a url shortcut, I am still forced to use the IE7
uncollapsed navigation with the hundreds of generic yellow folders to wade
through to deposit it in the place I want.
