Add User Wizard fails to add user

    All of a sudden, when I add a user, it fails to add the user correctly. The
    user is added, but scripts do not run and redirect of docs does not work. I
    end up setting up the user manually on the local desktop. However, the user
    name is valid and the user can sgn in. I went to the Add_user_wizard log and
    it tells me that the org unit cannot be found. But, the user is placed in
    the correct org unit if I say to add the user anyway.

    Any suggestions. This is a recent phenomenom.

    Do we have My Business OU under Active Directory Users and Computers?

    Yes, it sets the user up with all the other users in the correct folder. One
    more piece...even though redirect My Docs goes to another server, when it
    sets up, it wants to set it up in users on the sbs server. This is a new
    phenomenon, too, because all of the original users were redirected to the
    proper server.
