I have one sys file which is responsible for creating a reader ( whenever i
    insert USB into my system).
PnP Manager call AddDevice routine when it first load/install sys file and
creates FDO for reader. When i insert a second USB token (with first USB also
inserted into USB slot), it does not call DriverEntry function, which i
understand as sys file is already installed. However to my surprise PnP
Manager does not call AddDevice function for second inserted USB.

Can any one tell why PnP manager is not able to call AddDevice Function for
    second inserted USB?
