Added Users to AD while server was in Journal Wrap

I have a vb script I use to add users to the domain. When I added about 15
users, it added them to a DC that was in journal wrap (which I was not aware
of at the time). I clear the journal wrap but the 15 users do not show up in
Active Directory Users and Computers. When I ran the script again after
journal wrap was fixed, I get a message stating the object already exists. I
can see the users if I try to give them rights to a folder, but not in the AD
Users and Computers. What can I do?

When you say that the server was "in journal wrap", what do you mean? How did
    you clear the "journal wrap"?

    Thanks,

The error is Event ID 13561
The File Replication Service has detected that the replica set "DOMAIN
SYSTEM VOLUME (SYSVOL SHARE)" is in JRNL_WRAP_ERROR.

    TO fix:
Stop the netlogon and ntfrs services.
Then I set a registry entry
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NtFrs\Parameters
Value name: "Enable Journal Wrap Automatic Restore" set to REG_DWORD data
    value 1
restart the services and the sysvol rebuilds.
Can anyone help me get the lost users back? They do not exist in Lost and
    Found either.
    Thanks

Okay, what happens when you perform a search for the users? Are their objects
    returned?
