Adding channels manually

I run MCE 2005 on a new Mesh PC, with the TV feed coming via a TV
distribution system called Channel Plus which also distributes signals from
my main DVD player, and any other Audio/Video source connected to it and
allows remote control from any room with a receiver (so basically can just
use the Sky Remote for all TV needs in the room where the MCE computer is)
It transmits each source on a discreet channel (which appear to be different
from the normal UK TV frequencies).
The channel for Sky (always Ch6 on the TV) is 631.3 Mhz (there are also
647.3 for DVD recorder, and 695.3 for DVD player).
None of these channels appeared on initial set up and despite reading
elsewhere that it is possible to manually set up a channel, I cannot locate
    this option in the menus.
(I've tried settings, TV, Guide but there is no option for "add missing
channels" as some contributors seem to suggest.)
There must be a way to do this but I just can't locate it (I need to be able
    to input the particular frequency).

Any help would be most welcome.

    Thanks
