I have been unable to follow Harry B's advice of adding the ISA Management
Snap-In to the Server Management console. Here are the steps I took:

    1) Log onto server as administrator
    2) Right-click on itprosbsconsole.msc under C:\Program Files\Microsoft
    Windows Small Business Server\Administration
    3) Select Author
    4) From within Server Management, select File >> Add/Remove Snap-In >> Addwithin Advanced Management)

This does not seem to work.

I realized that the itprosbsconsole.msc file was Read-Only, so I unchecked
that and was able to save it. However, when starting Server Management, the
    changes were not present.

If I double-click on itprosbsconsole.msc, then the changes are there. I
checked the Server Management Shortcut and saw that it points to
    LaunchConsole.exe.

I can change the start-up shortcut to point to itprosbsconsole.msc, however,
is this a "best practice?" Also, what is the purpose for LaunchConsole.exe?

    TIA
