Additional carriage return in TXT record added via WMI

I've create a small service (C#) to update TXT records on our DNS server.
When it adds a new record, it is supposed to fill in the data field with a
string such as "SampleText" however an additional CRLF is added at the end
of the data and causes DNS to believe that there are multiple values for
this record - this can be seen by using the GUI and viewing the "," at the
end of the data for that record. The exact same code does NOT put this CRLF
on a Windows 2000 box, only on the 2003 servers.

Also, I tested adding records with the VBScript samples that are provided
with the WMI DNS provider to be certain that it was not my code. These
behave in the exact same manner so please don't try to say that it's my
    code.

Has anyone else experienced this?? Am I just missing a simple setting
    somewhere??

    Thanks,

So does the fact that I've gotten no responses mean that no one else is
experiencing this or just that no one has any ideas how to fix this??

    Thanks,
