I used express upgrade for my Dell from XP. IE 7's address bar was easy to
find and the menu bar was easy to find. But no matter what alt key I use ,
it acts like IE 7 was designed without an address bar. I only use it to get
to the microsoft site. I have to use one of the google search bars to get
anywhere. And I can't find any reinstallation sites because they all say I
have Vista and 7.0 comes with it. Firefox and Opera easy as pie, IE 7.
Zilch. no address bar. Whats the point in using IE 7 then.

    Hi,
Right-click and unlock the IE toolbar. Grab the handles of any toolbar
sections and move them around. See if the Address Bar appears. If
unsuccessful with that, go to IE Tools> Manage add-ons. Disable all add-ons.
Does the Address Bar appear? Re-enable add-ons one at a time to see if the
    troublesome add-on shows itself.

    Hope this helps,
    Don
