We have demoted one DC and promo'd another and move the ADMT and PWMIG to the
new DC. Now when we migrate users that are members of groups that have
previosly been migrated, they do not get joined to the new groups in AD. I
    get the following error

Usfl65adc03 is the new DC and usfl09adc02 is the old dc that is now a member
server with no roles or replication partners. DNS was installed on the old
DC and now is not installed on the new one??

  2. Hello Outmama,

are you able to cheat? Try to create a A-Record in DNS for
usfl09adc02.americas.danka.com, or if it needs to be operational as
memberserver either rename it or try a local hostfile on the machine
    you perform admt on.

ADMT keeps the name of the server it uses to do the migration, so you
    could try to redirect that.

    Just a guess.

I have already tried that with the same outcome. It will copy any source
group that has not been previously migrated....what problem might I be
exposed to if I re-Migrate ALL source groups without or without associated
    users?

  4. Hello Outmama,

If still have the groups they should be skipped (or prefixed, whatever
you select), if you delete the groups it depends if you already
migrated ACLs. You will need to reacl again afterwards.
