ADUC greyed out Account Locked when account is locked

    How can I unlock locked accounts when the Account Locked option is greyed
    out? We are using Windows Server 2003 Native Mode - domain administrator.
    Group policy - locked at 5 invalid attempts. Only way to clear up locked
    account is to reset password. (Duration of lock out set to 30 minutes, but
    account is still not unlocking after 1 hour.)
