    Hi

I have a new installed windows 2003 server, which connect to the internet
and have a static IP address, I register a internet domain and use this
server as my WEB server, everything is ok firstly

Since I need to remote access this server from oversea , so that I turn on
the "Routing and remore access" VPN plus NAT function, but after enable this
ervices, the user from internet can not access my web server

Anyone can help how can I maintain the VPN function and also the web server
    be accessed ?

    thanks

    Steve

You need to set up a filter within RRAS, the external interface of the
server, allowing port 80 tcp traffic inbound.
