I followed all the readme files in installing SP2 on a SBS2003 server.
Installed SBS SP1, Windows SP1, Exchange SP1 and Windows SP2. Followed all
the troubleshooting issues when installing SP2 on SBS2003. Its on an HP
Server with Broadcom network card. I updated the drivers and this is what

If you restart the server everything is fine for the day. When the client
comes in next morning the server is extremely slow in doing anything.
Taskmanager does not show anything hogging CPU its just a crawl. Users
mostly can't login or if they do the network action is too slow to work
with. The only solution is to restart the server and everything seems fine
till the next day. I have stopped all tasks that run in the night except
backup from a Backup Exec 10d which is working fine.

    Anything would be much appreciated.

Its not really an answer for your issue but is there any reason you didn't
install Exchange SP2? Since there are many Exchange tasks that are run at
night you might try it, and its the only way to increase the IS database
size if you need to go larger than 16 GB. What does the SBS BPA report as
    any issues now?
