Album art in Now Playing but not in the Library - PLEASE HELP!!

    I am soooo frustrated.

    I’m trying to update album info and art in the library. I go to find album
    info, it searches and does its thing, and when I go to save it, nothing
    happens.

    In some instances, the art will show in the “Now Playing†pane, but not in
    the Library pane.
    In other cases, nothing gets downloaded. I’m using WMP 11 on XP. Can
    someone help?
    I can’t seem to find out why this is happening, or if I need to do something
    different.
