AMD64 Processor (Socket 754)

    I"d like to determine if I can run Windows2003 Server on a system containing
    an AMD64 Processor(Model 3400)?

    If it can, will it run as a true 64bit version or will it just run as a 32
    bit?

    If not now, any rumors about when it might be supported?

    Yes you can install Windows Server 2003 on a AMD64 Processor machine.
    The current release of Windows Server 2003 are only 32 bit so it will only
    be running in 32-bit mode.
    You can order 64-bit beta copies of Windows Server 2003 for the AMD64
    machine via the link below:
    http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/64bit/extended/trial/default.mspx
