  1. A company called XL Trading in the UK is selling Vista for 3.50 GBP, Anyone know where its cheaper?

  4. Do they sell a corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (COA) sticker with
    a valid activation number?
    If they just sell the media than it is a rip off. The price of DVD media
    today is below 0.50 GBP.
