Any opinions on the Packard Bell 9049?

I have a fair amount of PCWorld vouchers I need to use up and am thinking of
    buying the Packard Bell 9049.

See http://tinyurl.com/3l6kq for the full tech spec. The price is £761
without the monitor (I intend to use it with a projector).

The biggest drawback I can see is that the graphics card does not have DVI
output (it's a ATI RADEON 9200 256MB). I would probably upgrade it to the
    9600.

It claims to have a digital TV tuner (LR6650- Digital TV Tuner (DVB-T)
Conexant) but I can't find any info on it. I thought the only DTV card
supported with the Black Gold one.

Also I can't work out whether the a digital output is available for the
    sound card.

    Any opinions appreciated.

    Thanks
