    I have a friend who is using Vista Home Premium on a new computer. She is
    using AOL also.
    When she receives email messages within AOL, hyperlinks cannot be accessed
    (unless they are copy/pasted into the browser). I.e. the hyperlinks are not
    underlined/coloured blue,, and the cursor does not change into a hand shape
    when pointed to the link.

    She has tried to get an answer from AOL, but they haven't answered her yet.

    As a techie dinosaur, I'm not sure whether the problem is an AOL glitch, or
    the Vista settings need changing.

    Any suggestions gratefully received.
