Hi, I'm running Windows XP Media Center Edition (English) with "Language for
Non-Unicode Programs" set to Chinese (HKSAR).

I'm having problems opening files with other asian language characters in
their file names (for example, Japanese and Simplified Chinese).
It says something about the file name not being reconized, and the
characters shows up as question marks in the error message.
Is there any way to fix it so it can work with filenames containing multiple
    languages?

Interestingly enough, I've the English version Windows XP Home Edition
running on other computer, and English version of XP Professional, and those
    opens these files just fine.

In case it matters, It's a HP Pavilion m7188hk with a SATA harddrive.

Thank you very much for your time.
