    greetings everyone...

my apologies in advance if this message is posted to the wrong place.
hopefully maybe i can get some direction to the right one here and/ or the
    information i need. :) here's the problem : i can't burn cds from downloaded
music (all legal using real rhapsody and the realplayer music store) due to
    a "aspi for windows error".

other (non- real networks) programs burn local mp3s to cd just fine. their
tech support suggested reinstalling the software and the aspi layer files,
which i did. no luck. is there any OS-related (Win98SE) files i need to fix
this? i suspect the software is flawed, but i did upgrade my motherboard and
processor recently, so i can't be totally sure. any ideas for a fix?

    thanks.
