ati theater 550 pro

I am new to this,i bought a media computer at christmas,came with tv turner
and remote.and pci tv tuner soft ware.i have media center 2005.i have been on
so many sites looking for drivers,the ati site as well.when iam in my media
center and try to go on tv or fm radio it say's tv turner not found.i down
loaded driver from atu ans still nothing.can someone please give me some
advise.i have been hearing alot of negative feedback on on ati.do i need
something else or can i get this to work.thank you

 

If I understand you correctly you bought a computer in December with MCE
2005 and a TV tuner installed and now 4 Months later you are saying that it
has never worked correctly and that that the company you bought it from will
not make it work or give you your money back, is this correct? I have to
assume this since you have not supplied imforamtion as to the make/model of
the computer or the make/model of the tuner or the MPEG2 decoder on the
sytsem, pr the make/model of the graphics card there is certainly nothing
any of us can do to help you.
