How do I install an application automatically on all clients using an MSI
    file via group policy?

    Cheers

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting here.

From your post, I understand you want to install applications via GPO. You
can download the installation package (it must be MSI package), add it to
Domain GPO, assigning the package to computer, so every domain member will
get the application installed when the computer starts up. No additional
permission is needed to be grant on the limited user accounts. (when the
application is assigned to computer, it will use system account to install
application which has full control permission.)
