I have IE 7 set up so that AutoComplete will save User Names and
Passwords on Forms. On some websites, if I decline to save the
information, I am asked again the next time I visit the website
if I want to save info.

On one website, I initially declined to save the info, but I
have changed my mind and would like to store the User Name and
Password. I am not offered the option to save it on this
website. Is there any way to clear or reset my original
    decision?

    Hi,
Download and run IE PassView (NirSoft)
    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/internet_explorer_password.html If there's a
listing for that site, delete that listing.

Plan B (more likely to work in my experience)
Recover and save all passwords with IE PassView then clear *all* passwords
    from Internet
    Options> General> Browsing History> Delete> (next screen) Delete passwords.

    Hope this helps,
