AutoConfig URL will not change after Group Policy modification

    We have a group policy which controls the autoconfig URL in Internet Explorer
    so that clients point to the correct proxy. I made a modification to it as we
    have changed to a new server.

    When I log into my PC I still recieve the old settings.
    When I log into a PC I have never logged into before I recieve the new
    settings.

    I'm thinking that IE is caching the settings. How do I fix this?

    To note, I have tried many fixes to no avail....
    Here are some of the things I have accomplished:
    Deleted my cookies
    Delete Temp files
    Set "Interactive logon: Number of previous logons to cache" from 10 to 0.
    That is under Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings >
    Local Policies > Security Options
    Set "Disable caching of Auto-Proxy scripts" to enabled under User
    Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet
    Explorer

    Still, I am recieving the old settings..... WHERE is this being cached???
