Backup: How to schedule two different backup jobs

I have two 250 GB usb external hardrives and one is recognized as F drive and
the other one as G drive. I want to schedule two different backup jobs, one
that backup M-W-F info to the F drive and the other job that backup T-Th-Sat
info to the G drive. The idea is to take one of the HD everyday out of the
building (offsite) for security purposes. The server management backup allows
me to schedule only one job (or maybe there is a way to schedule more than
one job and I don't know it). I tried also the backup utility and I can
schedule different jobs but the problem is that it creates only one file
which contains the backup for every day scheduled, so when I get to the point
that the HD is almost full (it can keep maybe one month of info) I'll have to
delete the only file it creates which can contain info from two or more days
ago that I really need to have for any emergency. Any ideas how to do this.

  6. We're using external USB drives at several clients - since you're going to
be rotating drives offsite daily, the simplest solution is to only have one
drive connected to the server at a time. When you remove one drive and
attach the other, the newly attached drive should use the same drive letter
as the drive you removed. That way you only need a single backup job . . .

You will have to run the backup wizard for every backup, to do what you
wanna do, dont use the SBS Server Management console, go to Start Programs
Accessories, system tools and click backup, do this everytime for each
    backup.

Thank you for the idea. I tried that before but for any reason when I remove
let us say drive F (one of the external USB HD) the other one shows as drive
G it never change to F even if I remove the F drive. I decided yesterday to
remove the F drive and change the drive letter for my G drive, I changed it
to F in that way both USB external HD will have the same letter drive but of
course both cannot connected at the same time and it is ok with me because
I'll be taking one off-site. I think my problem is resolved.

Thank you and everybody else that gave me ideas.
